Reading & English:
We are reviewing all the reading strategies used in reading for preparation during the ISATs.
We are reviewing the elements of expository writing for ISATs.

SCOOPer Reading: The second trimester due date was Friday, Feb. 26th.
This week we will be planning our reading party for everyone who met their goal.
The celebration will take place on Thursday, March 11th.
Students will be receiving their goal sheet for Trimester 3 and new book activity packets this week.

Science: We are taking a break from science this week.

Social Studies: Chapter 9 - continuing Lesson 2 "Patriots at War". We will be learning more about General George Washington and Revolutionary War Uniforms.
We will also be starting Lesson 3 "The World Turned Upside Down" - We will be taking notes and making a circle book.

Too Good For Drugs - The students will be learning facts about alcohol.
